The Electronic Information System (SEI) is a government-provided software made available free of charge to public institutions through a Cooperation Agreement with the Federal Regional Court of the 4th Region (TRF4), which developed the platform. SEI is a comprehensive platform that incorporates various modules and functionalities designed to enhance administrative efficiency and facilitate electronic processing of administrative procedures.

The latest version of the SEI application is compatible with versions 3.0.11 through 3.1.3.

During usage, if you encounter issues or errors, it is advisable to verify whether the WSSEI module (https://softwarepublico.gov.br/gitlab/sei/mod-wssei) has been updated within your organization's SEI system. It is recommended to consult your internal SEI management team before evaluating the application in app stores or submitting error reports via the PEN Helpdesk (https://portaldeservicos.planejamento.gov.br).

Suggestions for improvements and error reports should be submitted through the Service Portal (PEN → SEI Application → Select the appropriate category).
